I designed this pattern for my Knitting 101 class, student's final project.
This is a simple to knit project that uses cast on, knit, purl and bind off stitches - perfect for beginner students looking for something easy with an interesting texture.
The cowl/shawl is knit flat using just 50g/184yards of ANY sport weight yarn.
A quick knit for advanced knitters; makes a lovely last minute gift and also a great pattern for that 1 skein of yarn!!!
