Ryder Skinny Scarf
"Ryder" is a quick knit scarf that uses just 1 skein of yarn - any yarn! The thickness and type of yarn used determines the look and drape of the scarf.
This one page pattern is great for beginner knitters or more experienced knitters who want an easy project. I am making this pattern available for free with the hope that local yarn stores will use it to encourage new knitters to explore beyond the knit stitch.
I also hope that experienced knitters will make this their "go to" scarf pattern for quick gifts or even think of this pattern when wondering what to make, with the one skein of yarn that they treated themselves to.
Beginner Level Knit Project, Gauge: 4 sts = 1 inch (garter stitch) - Gauge and swatching are not crucial for this project, but if desired, knit a swatch in garter stitch (knit every row) to obtain gauge.
